JUNO award-winning Cuban pianist and composer Hilario Duran facilitated three workshops with participants in October 2013. Participants learned about Cuban music history, rhythm, dance, and composition. During the third workshop participants and Hilario Duran collaboratively composed a short piece for solo piano.
